Always Test First

While allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, The Soap Lady LLC, cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments, if any. We strongly suggest that you patch test any new product before using. If any redness occurs do not continue use.

Patch testing

Apply a small amount of new product to clean skin, inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Human skin changes daily. It can be affected by emotions, diet, hormones, medication, and the climate. Products you use one day may affect you differently another. Our formulas and ingredients do not change.

Any products being sold under The Soap Lady LLC, name is not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any diseases or ailments. Use caution and common sense with any products on this site.

Use products only as directed

If any allergic reaction, rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Do not ingest products as they are for external use only.

Do not put products near eyes, nose or any other sensitive area.

Please be advised some of our products do contain nut oils.

Use caution in bathtubs/showers, as products may leave them slippery.

Our products are not recommended for use on very young children or babies.

Due to the delicate nature of children’s skin, our products should only be used on children who are not skin sensitive and do not have any skin allergies/skin sensitivities to fragrance, essential oils, oils or any other ingredients in our products.

Our products are made with skin and bath approved ingredients.

Please note: Even though we test our products extensively in house, the safety of our products has not been officially tested.

All our products are handcrafted; therefore, no two products will be the same. Please allow for slight variations in color and appearance. Product photos shown on website may vary slightly from products ordered/delivered, i.e. colors, decorations, etc. We recommend that you use our products while fresh and fragrant. We recommend using only one bath bomb per bath and using all other products wisely and sparingly

Please remember that due to the delicate nature of Bath Bombs, Soaps, Bath Salts, Soaps., (and any other products from our website) items are packed properly for transport, however, they can crack or break during transport (shipping). Although we do our best, certain things are beyond our control once they leave our facility. Bath Bombs and Bubblers are still usable as their performance remains the same. Any and all items shipped from our company are still perfectly usable upon delivery. Products are non-returnable, nonrefundable and non-exchangeable so please select carefully. Please make certain that your shipping address provided is correct when ordering products. Packages sent to wrong address and returned may be subject to additional shipping fees. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the USPS and claimed not to be received are not the responsibility of The Soap Lady LLCand must be addressed with your local post office.

All products, information and services used by or read by our customers/users agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Soap Lady LLC from any kind of liability, loss, claim and expense which include attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement. The Soap Lady products are delicate by nature. Purchases are packed properly for transport; however, they can be damaged during shipping. Although we do our best, some things are beyond TSL’s control after they leave our warehouse. Bath bombs and soap are still usable even if cracked or damaged.

Products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so order carefully.

Please double check your shipping address when ordering products. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned orders with incorrect shipping information. Orders marked “DELIVERED” by USPS and claimed to be not received are not the responsibility of The Soap Lady LLC.
